Schön Klinik Rendsburg is a central provider of specialized care in Schleswig-Holstein and has been part of the nationwide Schön Klinik group since 2023. With over 1,800 employees, approximately 80,000 patients are treated annually in 22 specialized centers and three day clinics. Key areas include neurology, neurosurgery, obstetrics, pediatrics and adolescent medicine, vascular and thoracic surgery, and psychiatry. The clinic is a teaching hospital of Kiel University and operates its own educational center with around 200 trainees.

We are looking for specialist medical support for our PIA across Rendsburg and Eckernförde, starting immediately, for at least 30 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities – What You Can Look Forward To

• Comprehensive Patient Management: You will take over the entire medical management of a psychiatric institute outpatient clinic (PIA).
• Efficient Daily Operations: Your tasks include patient flow management as well as the development and optimization of the outpatient clinic.
• Quality-Oriented Concept Development: Furthermore, you will be responsible for the further development of existing concepts to ensure high quality of care.
• Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Through close interdisciplinary collaboration, you will promote the successful organization of workflows in the outpatient clinic.

• You are completing specialist training in psychiatry and wish to deepen your knowledge and skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
• You have extensive knowledge of Outlook and Medico for efficient task management and communication.
