Specialist (m/f/d) in General and Internal Medicine in the MVZ in Husum

Job description

Welcome

Are you a specialist in general and internal medicine and want to contribute your knowledge to a new MVZ from the very beginning? With us, you will accompany the establishment of a modernly equipped branch practice from day one, actively shape structures and processes, and create primary care where it is urgently needed.

Our Project: Care Reimagined
We are currently building a new, telemedically networked care model to actively secure primary care in Schleswig-Holstein – where it is under pressure today. The core is the close, interprofessional collaboration of specialist physicians, Physician Assistants (PAs), and non-medical staff in a clearly structured team with defined responsibilities.

Your Tasks – What You Can Look Forward To

  • Responsible Patient Care: You will be responsible for primary care at the new Husum location and will actively shape the medical care of patients.
  • Professional Team Supervision: You will have overall medical responsibility on-site and supervise the Physician Assistants in their daily work.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Through the telemedical connection to the Gorch-Fock MVZ, you will coordinate closely with the medical team during case discussions and complex issues.
  • Shaping Location Development: You will actively participate in the establishment of the new practice location – from the development of efficient processes and delegation standards to a strong team culture.
  • Future-Oriented Concept Development: In the long term, you will contribute to the further development of the care concept and support medical care in other underserved regions.

Your Profile – What We Wish For

  • You have specialist recognition in general medicine, internal medicine, or a comparable qualification, as well as a German medical license (Approbation).
  • You enjoy actively building a new practice and contributing your own ideas, rather than joining existing structures.
  • An open attitude towards interprofessional collaboration and the use of Physician Assistants characterizes you.
  • You work independently and in a structured manner, readily take on responsibility, and actively contribute to the development of the new location.

Our job advertisements are aimed at all suitable applicants (m/f/d) regardless of the characteristics of § 1 AGG (gender, age, disability, religion, worldview, ethnic origin, race, or sexual identity).

Your Benefits – What You Can Rely On

  • A Project with a Future: You will actively shape a new care model from the beginning – no onboarding into rigid structures, but real co-creation.
  • Structured Onboarding: A developed, phase-based qualification concept ensures a safe, well-supported start.
  • Attractive Remuneration: Above-tariff, performance-based remuneration and company pension scheme.
  • Schön Klinik Benefits: Corporate Benefits from well-known providers, private patient status for you and close relatives, access to the pme family service.
  • Modern Working Time Models: predictable working hours without night and weekend shifts typical in hospital operations.
  • Team & Culture: flat hierarchies, appreciative interaction, regular team events.
  • Training & Further Education: individual development opportunities within the Schön Klinik Group.
