A modern new hospital building with 480 inpatient and 9 day-patient beds is currently being constructed on an area of approximately 7.7 hectares at the A7/A96 interchange, which is scheduled to open in 2029. In addition, a health campus with further healthcare facilities will be located on the same site.

Working where medicine becomes planned:

This awaits you with us:

­ - Employees of the hospital (approx. 2,200 employees) and

­ - Employees of the city of Memmingen (approx. 1,500 employees), including the service companies (MKS, SMS, and BMS)

­ - Employees of the district clinics at the Memmingen site (approx. 100 employees):

• Advising and supporting the employer on occupational safety and accident prevention in all matters of health protection
• Fulfilling the duty of preventive medical examinations according to the contents of the Ordinance on Occupational Medical Provision (ArbMedVV) (offered, mandatory, requested examinations)
• Fitness for work assessments on an ad hoc basis
• Advising and participating in the implementation of the employer's responsibilities according to the Occupational Safety Act (ArbSchG) and other legal regulations (SGB, DGUV)
• Advising and participating in all other company-specific requirements (due to legal changes or internal company changes)
• Advising the employer on concepts and development for behavioral and environmental prevention regarding health in the workplace (Company Health Management (BGM) and Workplace Health Promotion (BGF))

• Specialist recognition in occupational medicine or specialist recognition with additional qualification in company medicine
• Specialist with the willingness to obtain the additional qualification “company medicine” (training authorization is available)
• Enjoyment of advisory medicine and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Structured, independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and a high degree of responsibility
• A training authorization for the additional qualification in company medicine or the willingness to acquire it is desirable
• You master the German language at C1 level

Specialist for further training in the additional qualification of company medicine

to be filled depending on the distribution of tasks in the scope of 50% = currently 20.00 hours/week up to full-time = currently 40.00 hours.
