The ideal candidate should have a medical degree and several years of experience in the field of occupational medicine. They should be able to assess the health risks associated with various work processes and develop measures to minimize these risks. In addition, they should be familiar with the relevant laws and regulations governing occupational medicine and be able to communicate effectively with employees and management. The specialist will work closely with our HR department and other stakeholders to develop and implement measures that promote employee well-being and health.
