Specialist in Occupational Medicine / Company Medicine or Physician in Training Giessen (m/f/d)
Job description
"Healthy people in healthy organizations" – our vision accompanies us daily in our work. We are active nationwide for our over 1,000 clients and have made it our mission to support German companies on their path to a healthy future. We have been active in the field of occupational health and safety since 1997 and employ almost 400 experts from various professions. Together, we have succeeded in becoming one of the leading service providers in our field.
Do you want to have your weekends and holidays back for yourself and your family and friends, instead of regularly spending them at work? Are you tired of full waiting rooms, time pressure, and constant hassle with health insurance companies, and would you rather focus more on caring for people? And would you like to plan your vacation more flexibly without having to adhere to fixed company holidays?
Then MAS might be just the thing for you!
To strengthen our expert family at our Giessen location, we are looking for you as a Specialist in Occupational Medicine / Company Medicine or Physician in Training Koblenz (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Tasks
- You support companies from various industries – preventively, personally, and in accordance with § 3 ASiG, on-site and in our occupational medicine centers
- You conduct occupational health check-ups, fitness examinations, and travel medicine consultations
- You advise employees and managers of our clients on all questions regarding health at the workplace, reintegration, ergonomics, and prevention
- You work interdisciplinarily – together with psychologists, safety specialists, and medical assistants, you develop holistic health solutions within the framework of corporate health management
- You design your daily work to be diverse – whether in consultations, during company visits, or concept development
Profile
- You are a Specialist (m/f/d) in Occupational Medicine or hold the additional qualification in Company Medicine – alternatively, you meet the requirements for further training
- You are interested in preventive medicine topics and want to actively contribute to health promotion
- You possess strong consulting skills, communication strength, and a confident, professional demeanor when dealing with clients
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a strong talent for organization
- You are a team player, empathetic, and bring social competence to collaboration
- You possess a Class B driver's license and are willing to provide on-site support to clients
We offer
- Meaningful work & secure growth: Shape the future of occupational health and safety in companies with us – preventively, not when it's too late, and experience how fulfilling that is. Look forward to a crisis-proof, growing environment with a permanent employment contract
- Regulated working hours with freedom: No night, weekend, or public holiday shifts – instead: family-friendly working hours, flexible vacation planning, 30 days of vacation, predictable assignments & mobile work. Workation or Sabbatical? Possible with us – tailored to you and your role
- Appreciative leadership & development: We foster your strengths with the PERMA-Lead® model. During your training to become a Specialist (m/f/d) in Occupational Medicine, we will support you closely – with a structured curriculum, personal mentoring, and an active feedback culture. During training and afterwards: Diverse further education and training opportunities
- Attractive remuneration & additional benefits: Attractive salary with bonuses, pension plan & profit sharing. Company car for private use (including e-/hybrid car with wallbox subsidy). Plus corporate benefits with employee discounts and coverage of your VDBW membership costs
- Health in focus: What we promise, we live – with corporate health management, preventive care, supplementary insurance, and JobRad and subsidy for Wellpass – for your well-being
- Our culture – Expert family: From day 1 you are part of the team – with a welcome day, onboarding box & onboarding plan. Afterwards, you can expect: Team events, year-end celebrations, company trips, and a strong team spirit
