Those who treat patients remotely at Medgate receive intensive training in telemedicine at the beginning. The medical guidelines, developed for the needs of telemedicine and continuously improved over years, are practical and designed for remote treatment. The patient management system supports doctors, among other things, through the use of artificial intelligence in treatment. This means doctors have less administrative effort and can focus more specifically on patients. The medicine of the future is already a reality at Medgate.

What we can offer you

• You will independently treat Medgate Switzerland patients 24/7 as a telemedicine specialist in both gynecology and general medicine. You will communicate with patients via telephone, video, or chat.
• Our telemedicine guidelines will support you in final therapy or triage to physical service providers – we handle 50% of all medical concerns conclusively.
• The workload that suits your current life stage, ranging from 50 to 100%.
• A work week limited to 42 hours (for 100% workload), which you can help shape with your work preferences.
• We have no overtime. In case of increased demand, colleagues who can arrange additional shifts will come forward.
• You will receive at least 5 weeks of paid vacation and attractive remuneration and bonuses.
• You can work conveniently from home, saving unnecessary travel time in your already packed daily routine: Home office possible from Germany and Switzerland. Office locations in Basel/Allschwil (CH) and Chiasso (CH) are available.

• For us, telemedicine is its own discipline, which is why we train you as a telemedicine specialist at the beginning of your work at Medgate. All new entrants receive intensive onboarding. Your Profile

• You are a specialist in gynecology and also possess general medical knowledge.
• If you already have MEBEKO recognition or even a BAB, we would be pleased – if not, we will gladly take care of it together with you.
• You prefer a modern work environment: We have flat hierarchies, and everyone uses the informal "Du".
• You are digitally savvy and enthusiastic about technology: For us, the computer is not just a tool, but a colleague that enables us to connect with our patients and makes annoying administrative work as easy as possible.
• You are strong in communication and listening: Telemedicine specialists "see with their ears" and gain a clear picture of their counterpart through targeted questions. For this position, you need very good knowledge of German and Austrian German – we welcome Italian and English as additional languages.
• You enjoy structured and independent work: We have perfected telemedicine over the past 26 years and are happy to show you how we achieve the best possible treatment through structured procedures. However, you do not have to work through pre-made questionnaires or follow decision trees.
• Your medical expertise is central and is supported by practical guidelines and structured procedures.
