Your tasks in our team:

• Construction of roads, paths, traffic areas, and outdoor facilities
• Execution of earthworks, sewer construction, paving, and civil engineering works
• Construction and installation of sub-base, base layers, and surfaces
• Operation and driving of construction machinery and equipment depending on qualification
• Support in the organization and coordination of construction site processes
• As a foreman: Support of the site manager or construction management in leading and instructing construction site personnel, taking measurements, and documentation

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed vocational training, e.g., as a road construction worker, civil engineering construction worker, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in civil engineering and road construction is desirable
• Experience as a foreman is an advantage – alternatively, willingness to undertake corresponding further training
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Willingness to work, flexibility, and team spirit
• Proficient German language skills and a driver's license class B are required
