OSMOSI S.p.A., a subsidiary of Mestre, is seeking an important hotel FACCHINO D'HOTEL / ADDETTO A MANUTENZIONI ORDINARIE (Electrical and boiler management) (no accommodation, residents in the area). We are looking for a Hotel Facchino with skills also in small ordinary maintenance tasks to be inserted into the team. The resource will work full-time, with a schedule to be defined, from Monday to Sunday, with compensatory rest periods. The resource will be responsible for: - Operational support as a porter within the structure - Moving loads and supporting departments - Execution of small ordinary maintenance tasks - Basic electrical maintenance - Control and setting of the boiler - Reporting any defects or anomalies that are more complex Requisites: - Previous experience in the role of porter and/or maintainer in hotels - Basic skills in electrical maintenance and heating systems - Manual dexterity, flexibility, and problem-solving - Reliability and ability to work in a team - Availability to work on shifts Conditions of employment: - Place of work: Venice - Working hours: Full-time on shifts - Type of contract: Fixed-term contract, with possibility of continuity - Level: To be evaluated based on experience #joinusmestre The search is aimed at candidates of both sexes, as per L.903/77 and L.125/91, and people of all ages and nationalities, as per D.Lgs. 215/03 and 216/03. The ability to perform ordinary maintenance tasks within hotel structures, with particular reference to simple electrical maintenance and boiler management. Good manual dexterity, basic use of work tools, and knowledge of main safety regulations are required. It is also important to be able to identify any defects or anomalies and report them promptly.
