Façade Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, Façade Engineer role located in Bengaluru. The Façade Engineer will be responsible for designing and engineering façade systems, analyzing and optimizing building envelopes, and ensuring compliance with European standards. Responsibilities: Undertake the design, engineering and documentation, provide specialist input, resolve technical problems and ensure quality of products and services on projects undertaken by the team; Work closely with the Team Leader and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results; Collaborate with internal teams such as Architecture, Structural Engineering, and Services Engineering to ensure a holistic approach to building design; Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals; Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards; Participate in project meetings, reviews, and other relevant activities to ensure effective communication and coordination. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in façade engineering or a related field; Strong understanding of building envelope design principles, materials, and construction methods; Proficiency in CAD software such as Autodesk Revit or similar; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Familiarity with European standards for building envelopes and façade systems.
