Since our founding in 2010, we have specialized in placing around 72 experts at six locations in Switzerland with approximately 72 temporary and permanent positions. As a FaBe EFZ Festanstellung or Try & Hire, you will be responsible for... • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, • Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates, • Providing personalized support to our clients and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., human resources, business administration, etc.), • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
