Job Description
Your main area of responsibility in this position will include:
- Supporting the design and implementation of standardized end-to-end (E2E) finance processes across functional areas
- Collaborating closely with Process Owner to analyze current practices, identify improvement opportunities, and define best-in-class process standards
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of process documentation, workflows, and control frameworks
- Ensuring alignment of process standards with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and global finance strategies
- Participating and/or leading in cross-functional workshops and initiatives to support knowledge sharing and alignment across teams
- Monitoring adoption of standardized processes and supporting continuous improvement efforts based on stakeholder feedback and performance insights
- Contributing to project planning, execution, and change management activities related to process transformation
