EYP Homeroom Teacher Vacancies - AY 2026-27
Job description
Industry & Sector: Education — K-12 / International and private schools sector. Recruiting for on-site Early Years Programme (EYP) homeroom teacher roles across India for the Academic Year 2026–27. Roles focus on delivering inquiry- and play-based early childhood education in partner school classrooms.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate Early Years lessons aligned to the school curriculum (IB PYP/EYFS or national frameworks).
- Create a safe, inclusive and play-rich classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence and social-emotional growth.
- Assess, document and report individual learning progress using formative tools, learning journals and observation records.
- Differentiate instruction and design targeted interventions to meet diverse learner needs and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with year-level teams, specialist teachers and school leaders to design transdisciplinary units and continuity plans.
- Engage families through timely communication, parent conferences and community-building activities to support home–school learning partnerships.

- Recognized teaching qualification or diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
- Valid teaching certification or license as required by the employing school.
- Prior classroom experience in Early Years (preschool / KG / Reception) — demonstrable classroom practice.
- Strong English language proficiency; ability to use additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site at assigned school locations
- Experience with IB PYP or EYFS implementation
- Certification in early childhood pedagogy, inclusive education, or child safeguarding
- Experience with digital learning portfolios and classroom ed-tech tools
