Job Title: EYFS Teaching Assistant

Location: Oldham

Salary: £450 - £500 per week dependant on experience and qualifications.

We are looking for an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join us from January '26, you will be working towards the Early Years Foundation Stage to observe, play and adapt activities and the environment to support development.

Working pattern for Early Years Practitioners are Monday – Friday 8:30-3:30 Term Time only.

Requirements

The requested skillset the desired Early Years practitioner you will require.

  • Experience or confidence working with children.
  • A deep understanding of the National Curriculum framework or a willingness to learn this.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and professionals.
  • A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
  • A positive, patient, and compassionate approach, with a strong commitment to professional development and learning.
