You will take on the function of an external data protection officer (m/w/d) for our company and advise us independently on all data protection-related issues.
You will monitor compliance with and implementation of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant data protection regulations.
You will accompany IT projects and the introduction of new tools from a data protection perspective.
You will work actively on company guidelines and contract templates (e.g. AVVs) together.
You will create and maintain data protection-relevant documentation, protocols, directories (processing directories) and audit reports.

A completed education or study (preferably in the IT or legal field) or a comparable qualification with a focus on data protection.
Strong project management skills: You possess the ability to plan, control, and successfully bring data protection-related projects and tool implementations to a close.
Familiarity with AI and the use of AI tools.
Readiness and motivation to immerse yourself in new and complex areas.
Solution-oriented working style and analytical skills, as well as a hands-on mentality.
Knowledge and experience in data protection are advantageous but not required (cross-entry with corresponding motivation possible).
Secure German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
