Tasks - Regular care and counseling of customers (electricians, switchboard builders, schools, educational institutions, xComfort competence partners)? both virtually and personally. - Placement of products and solutions at the customer. - Care, counseling, and expansion of the existing customer base as well as active new customer acquisition. - Conducting product presentations and training sessions. - Follow-up and care of customer projects. - Support at trade shows, training sessions, and customer events. - Market and competitive analysis. - Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and the electrical wholesale industry. Profile - Completed apprenticeship as an electrician EFZ. - Ideally further education in the field of sales. - Experience as a customer advisor in B2B external sales. - Strong sales personality with negotiation skills. - High level of self-initiative, independence, and customer orientation. - Secure handling of MS Office programs. - Stylish German in writing and speech. - Structured, process-oriented working method. - High degree of integrity and compliance with ethical standards. - Networking talent within the company and on the market. - Driver's license category B/BE and own vehicle required.
