- Using your adjusting or technical claims experience to manage a portfolio of domestic claims
- Managing your own schedule to ensure time efficiency
- Managing a range of claims, covering all perils
- Being part of a national team, where support is provided when claim numbers grow (CAT events)
- Having the opportunity to develop your career in other areas of the organisation
- Experienced in loss adjusting or technical claims, the ability to interpret policy, and provide advice to clients
- A passion for your work and a drive to provide an outstanding client experience
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Organisational skills to manage your workload
