PERSOL is partnering with a well-established meat pickling supply business to recruit two experienced Logistics Operators to join their hardworking and friendly team.

This is a hands-on, physical role in a cold environment, ideal for someone who enjoys staying active at work and doesn't mind the chill.

About the role

• Forklift operation (current licence required - counterbalance / reach preferred)
• SAP use for inventory, receipting, and dispatch
• Picking, packing, and moving stock in a cold storage environment
• Working as part of a close-knit logistics team
• Maintaining health and safety and food compliance standards

What we're looking for

• Current forklift licence (must be valid)
• SAP experience is essential
• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or food manufacturing
• Comfortable working in a cold environment
• Physically fit, reliable, and safety focused
• Well-spoken with good communication skills
• Able to pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check and pre-employment medical
