Expression of Interest: Experienced Architects

We’re interested in speaking with Architects and Senior Architects – interested in joining our Perth Studio as new projects move into design and delivery.

We’re looking for design-driven professionals who thrive in collaborative environments and bring both creative thinking and technical skill to complex projects. You’ll be part of a team designing spaces that influence how people live, move, learn, and connect.

The ideal candidates will have:

• Strong design and documentation skills across multiple project stages

• 5 + years post graduate experience working across a variety of typologies (education, civic, health, mixed use property)

• A high level of proficiency in design tools such as Revit (essential), and other visualisation or modelling platforms

• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with consultants

• A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail

• The ability to manage priorities across multiple projects and deadlines

• Confidence presenting ideas, contributing to design reviews, and engaging with clients and stakeholders

• A genuine interest in progressive design and future-focused thinking
