We are looking for someone in Matzingen to fill the position of: Exportsachbearbeiter:in (m/w/d) 100% Your tasks - Independent processing of export orders including customs and shipping documentation - Preparation of delivery notes, freight papers, and all relevant export documents - Coordination and communication with customers, forwarders, and internal departments - Deadline monitoring and ensuring smooth shipment processes - Participation in the continuous improvement of export workflows Your profile - Completed commercial training - Professional experience in export or international logistics desirable - In-depth knowledge of customs and shipping procedures - Self-reliant, structured, and meticulous working style - Team-oriented, communicative, and service-conscious - Very good German language skills, English language skills an asset - Secure handling of MS Office, ideally experience with ERP systems The expectations - Varied and responsible job with international connections - Modern work environment in a committed and motivated team - Attractive employment conditions and opportunities for further development - A stable and long-term oriented working environment Interested in this opportunity?
