• Korrespondenz führen und allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben erledigen
• Angebote erstellen, Aufträge bearbeiten und allgemeine Länderbearbeitung durchführen
• Auslandskunden im Vertriebsinnendienst betreuen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Handelsvertretern, ausländischen Partnern und Tochtergesellschaften
• Erforderliche Export-, Ausfuhr- und Zolldokumente erstellen und bearbeiten
• Terminmanagement

• Freude an digitalen Medien und Vertrieb
• Berufserfahrung im Exportbereich
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, beispielsweise als Speditionskaufmann m/w/d, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Sehr gute Fähigkeiten im Erstellen von Zolldokumenten und Versandpapieren
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
• Hervorragende Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
• Zielgerichtete, teamfähige und selbständige Arbeitsweise
• Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
