Risorse Professional, a company specialized in the search and selection of Middle and Senior Management profiles, is looking for a company operating in a highly specialized manufacturing context, characterized by precision mechanical processing and technical products destined for regulated markets: Export Sales Manager U.S.A./Europe Position The resource will have the responsibility of developing and consolidating the company's commercial presence in international markets, with priority on the United States and Europe, taking care of: * Development of new business opportunities and expansion of the customer portfolio. * Management of existing customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty. * Definition and implementation of sales strategies, aligned with the company's objectives. * Market analysis and identification of new business areas. * Participation in trade fairs and sector events. * Preparation of offers and negotiation of contracts. * Management of the sales team, if necessary. * Reporting to the management on sales results and market trends. Requirements * Proven experience in sales management in international markets, preferably in the mechanical sector. * Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages ​​will be considered a plus. * Strong commercial and negotiation skills. * Excellent communication and relationship skills. * Ability to work independently and in a team. * Availability to travel frequently. * Knowledge of the US and European markets.
