EXPORT SALES AREA MANAGER

As part of a business development and growth program, we are seeking an

EXPORT SALES AREA MANAGER

The resource, with consolidated experience in sales, will be responsible for:

• developing and identifying new potential Business Areas, new clients, and new distributors abroad
• maintaining business in the area of responsibility through direct management of the client portfolio;
• defining the foreign commercial policy for the assigned area, achieving budgets, drafting the business plan, and planning and organizing sales activities and foreign commercial relations;
• achieving objectives in terms of volume, value, and profitability following the shared planning of commercial policies;
• reporting activities and analysis of sales-related data and competitor monitoring.

Requirements include:

• a degree in technical or economic disciplines;
• previous experience of at least 3/5 years in a similar role within structured and modernly organized international companies;
• excellent negotiation, organization, and planning skills, strong determination, ability to work towards objectives, great interpersonal skills, and dynamism;
• strong propensity for scouting activities and ability to manage established clients;
• real data management skills and ability to perform CRM analyses;
• real knowledge of main IT application packages (MS Office) with the use and processing of Excel files;
• availability for frequent business trips abroad will be essential;
• excellent knowledge of the English language and knowledge of a second language is a plus;
• residence in Piedmont.
