A successful and growing International Freight Forwarder is seeking an Export Operator to join their dynamic and innovative team. Enjoy working in a new office in a highly desirable location, surrounded by a great team culture and a nurturing, supportive environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Manage end-to-end Export Operations – Air and Sea Freight
- Liaise directly with shipping lines and transport providers
- Proficient in CargoWise (EDI) across all aspects of operations
- Coordinate cartage, issue pre-alerts, and oversee billing processes
- Liaise with customers, service providers, and internal teams
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 2+ years of industry experience with solid export knowledge
- Mandarin skills an advantage, not a necessity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with a team-focused approach
