This includes managing customer relationships, resolving any issues that may arise, and providing timely and accurate information. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, • Coordinating logistics and supply chain management, • Providing exceptional customer service through proactive communication and issue resolution, • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of operations. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or international trade. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
