We are looking for an Export Coordinator (m/w/d) for a medium-sized company in Münster, Germany.

Your tasks: Organization and processing of all shipping and customs formalities for national and international land, sea, and air freight
Coordination and communication with suppliers
Creating export, shipping, and customs documents as well as creditworthy documents
Communication with relevant customs authorities
Support during customs inspections and audits by the Federal Statistical Office
Warranty registration
Organization and processing of export crates
Main point of contact for all customs-related questions about international transports within the company group

We expect from you: Completed commercial training (preferably industrial/transportation or wholesale/foreign trade)
Good knowledge of ATLAS software
Good English skills
Professional experience in import, export, and customs processing
Familiarity with MS Office programs
A high level of personal and social competence
