Export Area Manager - German (Pharma)

We are looking for an Export Area Manager with experience in the healthcare sector to manage and develop the subsidiaries in Germany and Poland. He/She will be responsible for the commercial strategy, operational management, and business growth in both markets. The position implies frequent travel to both countries to supervise teams and ensure alignment with the company's global strategy. Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement the sales strategy in Germany and Poland Coordinate and control the sales teams in both countries Ensure the alignment of the subsidiaries with the company's global strategy Analyze and report on the market trends and sales performance Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities Ensure the compliance with the company's policies and procedures Develop and implement the action plans to achieve the business objectives Ensure the effective communication and collaboration with the teams in both countries. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. He/She should have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the German and Polish markets. The candidate should be fluent in German and English, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
