Position: Altamira Testing Expert
Position Location: CDMX

Your responsibilities:
- Define testing strategy per requirement or EV (Event/Enrollment Verification)
- Generate estimates and execution plan
- Align teams (functional, data, automation, performance)
- Consolidate estimates from the entire team.
- Participate in analysis meetings with business and development
- Validate and complement requirements in Jira
- Identify gaps or ambiguities
- Ensure execution of tests (QA + user)
- Defect tracking and re-execution
- Guarantee that everything is documented in tools
Knowledge and experience required:
- 3 years of recent experience in Altamira architecture (batch + online processes)
- 3 years of experience with COBOL, JCL, CICS
- 3 years of experience with DB2 / SQL for data validation
- 3 years of experience in batch flows and complex financial processes
- 2 years of experience in specialized banking testing
- Functional, integration, regression, and certification testing
- End-to-end validation (channels, interfaces, Base24, SPEI, etc.)
- Management of traceability matrices and test design
- Jira / Zephyr (current migration model)Service Now
- ALM desirable
