Position: Altamira Testing Expert

Your responsibilities:

• Define testing strategy per requirement or EV (Event/Enrollment Verification)
• Generate estimates and execution plan
• Align teams (functional, data, automation, performance)
• Consolidate estimates from the entire team.
• Participate in analysis meetings with business and development
• Validate and complement requirements in Jira
• Identify gaps or ambiguities
• Ensure execution of tests (QA + user)
• Defect tracking and re-execution
• Guarantee that everything is documented in tools

Knowledge and experience required:

• 3 years of recent experience in Altamira architecture (batch + online processes)
• 3 years of experience with COBOL, JCL, CICS
• 3 years of experience with DB2 / SQL for data validation
• 3 years of experience in batch flows and complex financial processes
• 2 years of experience in specialized banking testing
• Functional, integration, regression, and certification testing
• End-to-end validation (channels, interfaces, Base24, SPEI, etc.)
• Management of traceability matrices and test design
• Jira / Zephyr (current migration model)Service Now
• ALM desirable
