Job description
GUERLAIN is looking for a Fragrance Expert.
About the Role:
- ESSENTIAL TO BE ABLE TO ENTER PH AND LIVERPOOL.
- ESSENTIAL TO RESIDE IN CDMX.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the proper use of fragrance products.
- Ability to tell "the story" behind a fragrance (brand, inspiration, style).
- Discretion and personalized service.
- Ability to build customer loyalty with future recommendations.
- Explain to customers how to use the products they are interested in buying.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a beauty advisor, sales, or a similar role.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of olfactory families (floral, citrus, oriental, woody, fresh, gourmand, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of perfumery trends and brands.
- Ability to simply explain top, heart, and base notes of a fragrance.
Preferred Skills
- Availability to rotate throughout Mexico.
