As an Expert*in public procurement in the space and resource management of the University of Vienna, you will support the legally secure and efficient implementation of all procurement procedures according to the Austrian Public Procurement Act (BVergG) for the University. Together with your colleagues in the team as well as in close collaboration with other departments and stakeholders, you will ensure that the procurement processes are transparent, fair, and compliant with the relevant laws and regulations. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to: * Conducting procurement procedures in accordance with the BVergG; * Developing and implementing procurement strategies and concepts; * Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as departments and faculties; * Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations; * Identifying and mitigating risks associated with procurement processes.
