Job Description
- You are responsible for planning, conceiving and continuously developing the training and further education offerings for the employees of the central departments and sales services and advise internal stakeholders on the training offers.
- You develop standards for the use of diagnostic procedures in the context of personnel and cultural development and accompany our Development Center comprehensively.
- Identify current learning trends and implement them proactively to continuously optimize and adapt our offerings to the needs of employees.
- You are responsible for the continuous feedback process between supervisors and employees, as well as the tools and instruments used for this purpose.
- In the context of projects and initiatives, you take over the planning, implementation, evaluation, and structured preparation of relevant management communication.
