Job Description
- You design and develop learning formats for our employees and executives at BIPA – digitally, hybrid, and in person.
- Targeted training programs are conceived by you, actively contributing to the further development of our learning architecture.
- You independently manage and continuously optimize our Learning Management System and create e-learning modules, for example, using Articulate.
- You coordinate projects in the L&D area and work closely with internal interfaces as well as external partners.
- You monitor trends in the learning field and bring innovative ideas into our learning world.
- You accompany learning and development initiatives throughout the company with a clear focus on quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
