Job Area For our building management, we are filling two positions as Expert in Energy Management Location: Berlin Start date: Immediately Application deadline: 08.03.2026 Tender number: 12-004-2026 Employment: Full-time (part-time is generally possible) Remuneration: E13 TV EntgO-DRV (higher service) The German Pension Insurance Federation is expanding its department "Immobilien": Here, we plan, build and operate all buildings – from rehabilitation centers to office buildings. Our team consists of experienced professionals who are passionate about energy-efficient building management. We are looking for experts who can support us in our mission to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions. Your tasks will include: • Energy efficiency measures in existing buildings • Development of energy-saving concepts for new buildings • Monitoring and optimization of energy consumption • Collaboration with architects, engineers and other stakeholders • Support in the development of sustainable building strategies Our ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or architecture and several years of experience in energy-efficient building management. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills and be familiar with relevant laws and regulations.
