Expert Contract Management Large Projects (m/w/d) (Copy)

You manage contract management of complex projects in the field of renewable energies and accompany all phases from negotiation to implementation. In doing so, you assess risks, develop strategies for claim enforcement and secure economic interests in a technically demanding environment. Tasks: Consulting the project and procurement leadership of Atlas Titan on all contract-related issues as well as ensuring structured documentation Analysis and evaluation of contractual agreements, including risk assessment and development of strategies for enforcing claims Coordination with internal stakeholders, such as legal department and procurement, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Development of a comprehensive contract management strategy, taking into account the specific needs of Atlas Titan's projects Identification and mitigation of potential risks and conflicts of interest Continuous monitoring and evaluation of contractual agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Regular reporting to senior management on project progress and any issues that may arise from contractual agreements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts are properly documented and stored in a centralized database.
