Expert Risk & ESG Reporting – CSRD/ESRS (m/w/d)

In this role, you are responsible for central elements of our risk management, internal control system, and ESG reporting. You ensure that regulatory requirements – particularly CSRD and ESRS – not only meet but also meaningfully integrate into corporate governance.

Your goal: transparent, revision-proof, and decision-relevant information for Management, Supervisory Board, and external stakeholders.

Risk Management

• Weiterentwicklung und fachliche Steuerung des Enterprise Risk Managements inkl. Integration von ESG-Risiken
• Analyse, Aufbereitung und Präsentation der Risikolage für Management, Aufsichtsrat und Audit Committee

Internal Controls (IKS)

• Konzeption, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung eines wirksamen internen Kontrollsystems
• Koordination mit Internal Audit & Compliance, inkl. Abstimmung von Kontrollen, Assessments und Prüfungen

ESG / CSRD Reporting

• Fachliche Verantwortung für die CSRD-/ESRS-Berichterstattung inkl. Datenqualität und Prüfungsfähigkeit
• Abstimmung von ESG-KPIs und Datenerhebung mit Sustainability, Finance, HR und Operations

Über Dich

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Finance, Sustainability oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Risikomanagement, Internal Controls (IKS) oder ESG-/Nachhaltigkeitsreporting
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in CSRD/ESRS, EU-Taxonomie sowie relevanten Frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000, GRI)
• Starke analytische und strategische Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Prozessverständnis
• Kommunikationsstärke und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Stakeholdern
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
