As an Expert for AI & Automation (m/w/d), you accompany participants in our trainings on the development of modern AI solutions, automated workflows and digital business processes. With your practical experience, you support them in implementing real application cases and projects.

Tasks

• Support in developing AI and automation solutions
• Mentoring with modern tools and technologies
• Accompaniment of practice projects and use-cases
• Support for workflows, chatbots and AI-agents
• Fostering technical and process-oriented thinking
• Exchange on best practices and current developments

Qualification

• Experience with AI, automation or digitalization
• Knowledge of ChatGPT, Make, n8n, Zapier or comparable tools
• Understanding of corporate processes and digital workflows
• Technical interest and analytical thinking
• Pleasure in working with people
