We take care of billing in the network, ensuring an exciting customer experience from meter reading to billing and setting ourselves up as a reliable partner for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and analyzing data, identifying trends and patterns, and providing insights that support business decisions. Your tasks will include: • Processing and analyzing large amounts of data using various tools and software • Identifying trends and patterns in the data and providing insights that support business decisions • Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to visualize data • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and applying this knowledge to improve processes and decision-making.
