Expert Technician in Automotive Diagnosis (H/F)

In the context of our development, our Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles concession in Saint-Herblain is recruiting an Expert Technician in Automotive Diagnosis H/F, on a permanent contract.

Duration: 39 hours from Monday to Friday
Reward according to experience: Gross monthly salary + Variables

• To perform diagnostics, both mechanical and electronic, to identify the origin of the customer's complaint,
• To perform complex technical operations,
• To ensure the quality of interventions,
• To ensure compliance with the manufacturer's recommended methods,
• To represent the Group's values,
• To respond to customers' expectations and needs,
• To advise, guide, and assist by your broad expertise the people in the workshop and the Customer Advisor
• To be the technical reference on electric and hybrid vehicles, their technologies, and related legislation.

With a Bac+2 degree or equivalent in automotive mechanics - type: COTECH, CQP expert technician after-sales, diagnostic technician, automobile electrician-electronic technician, automobile maintenance - you have gained a successful first experience of at least 3 years.
