Expert Project Manager and Management of European Social Fund – Training

TEMPOR SPA Agency for Labour is searching for an important client company No. 1 Expert Project Manager and Management of European Social Fund – Training on the territory of Potenza and province. Mission: - Design, submit and manage training interventions funded (FSE/PON/POR), ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing results for beneficiaries and partners. Tasks: - Analysis of tenders/notifications, definition of needs, partnerships and operational plan. - Technical-economic design: objective setting, budgeting, and resource allocation. - Project management: coordination, monitoring, and control of training interventions. - Reporting and communication: preparation of reports, minutes, and other documentation for stakeholders. - Collaboration with the client company and partners to ensure the success of the project. - Monitoring and evaluation of the project's progress and results. - Preparation of final report and closure of the project. Requirements: - Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, social sciences). - At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the field of training and development. - Strong knowledge of European Social Fund regulations and procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello). - Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2) is an asset.
