The incumbent of this position is responsible for coordinating the integration of technological platforms present in the division's environment as well as those of its partners. In collaboration with Fizz team members and external partners, they evaluate the efforts required and system needs necessary to achieve strategic objectives.

Main responsibilities :

• Ensure the integration of various technological platforms present in the division's environment as well as those of its partners.
• Guarantee the integration of the managed services partner portion related to the division's platforms, ensuring a link between agile developments and production.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of the partner in accordance with contractual expectations.
• Ensure follow-up on modifications to initiatives and projects within the division, then ensure their integrity.
• Coordinate the implementation of software solutions for functional verification relevant to the project owner's mastery.
• Guarantee integration, evaluation, implementation, and approval of quality assurance plans in line with non-functional requirements within agile developments, and follow up.
• Analyze the impacts of change deliveries on production and ensure the integration of software solutions into a technical environment close to the production environment.
• Analyze the impacts of elements outside Minimum Viable Product (MVP) during project delivery.
• Manage post-mortems and improvements following changes in production.
• Participate in deployment calendars and support Fizz teams regarding effort evaluation, as well as system needs necessary to achieve strategic objectives.
• Establish standards for service quality of technological platforms within the division.
• Implement initiatives aimed at improving service quality to achieve the division's strategic objectives.
• Ensure development and implementation of various indicators during agile development phases. Conduct detailed analyses, evaluate, and initiate appropriate technological changes.
• Dress and evolve models for the division from a technological platform perspective, in collaboration with other experts within the division.
• Counsel service providers on architecture platforms and review technological solutions.
• Ensure technological surveillance of pre-existing platforms prior to new project/initiative realization.
• BUILD A NETWORK OF CONTACTS (Vidéotron and suppliers), gather good interveners around problem-solving issues, and ensure their resolution in a durable and cost-effective manner.
