Job description
Job Description: Provides specialist expertise in naval architecture, particularly in advanced hydrodynamics, structural integrity, and innovative offshore solutions for complex FEED projects.
Key Responsibilities:

- Advise on advanced hydrodynamics, stability, and structural optimization.
- Review critical technical issues and propose innovative solutions.
- Provide expert input to class approval and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor junior/senior naval architects within the project.
- Support client workshops and high-level technical discussions.
- Bachelor's or PhD in Naval Architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience in offshore naval architecture.
- Recognized expertise in FPSO/FLNG/FPU design.
- Strong publication or industry contribution record is an advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management and mentoring skills.
