Expert Matrițe/Turnare prin Injecție Mase Plastice

Fabrica with its headquarters in Mintia, Hunedoara, is recruiting a Expert Matrite/Turnare prin Injecție mase plastice . Reporting to the industrialization department with its headquarters in France, you will be responsible for technical expertise in injection molding, improving tools, validating colors for new developments and training local teams.

Main Missions

• Expertise in injection molding : Ensuring the performance and reliability of injection molding processes, optimizing production parameters and resolving complex technical problems.
• Improving tools : Leading projects for optimization and maintenance of existing tools, in collaboration with local teams and the industrialization department in France.
• Validating colors : Coordinating and validating the development of new colors for projects, in collaboration with research and development teams and material suppliers. Ensuring compliance of colors with client and internal standards.
• Integrating new production methods : Supervising the implementation and putting into operation of new tools and equipment, respecting deadlines, costs and quality standards.
• Instructing and developing competencies : Instructing operators and technicians at the site on good injection practices, tool maintenance, using new equipment and validation procedures for colors.
• Interfunctional collaboration : Working in collaboration with technical teams, production teams, quality teams, procurement teams and research and development teams from Romania and France.
• Furnisher management : Monitoring and evaluating external service providers (maintenance, tool manufacturing, material suppliers etc.).
• Reporting : Reporting periodically to French managers on progress, gaps and areas that require improvements.

Desired Profile

• Education : Higher education in mechanics, industrialization and production, with specialization in injection molding of plastic materials.
• Experience : Minimum 5 years in managing molds and injection molding of plastic materials, ideally in an international industrial environment. Experience in color validation and training technical teams is an advantage.
• Techical Competences : Mastery of injection processes, knowledge of CAD/CAM software, project management, didactic skills and experience in colorimetry or color validation.
• Foreign Languages : Romanian, French or English fluent (spoken and written).
• Personal Qualities : Autonomy, rigor, team spirit, ability to work in a multicultural environment, pedagogical sense and analytical skills.
