Responsibilities:
- Analyze technical documents and draft bids for public tenders
- Monitor and manage SEAP/SICAP tenders
- Prepare technical documentation, including execution methodologies and organization plans
- Collaborate with engineering, commercial, and legal teams
- Participate in analyzing the techno-economic feasibility of projects
- Prepare task sheets for internal procedures
- Competitive salary and bonuses for winning bids
- Flexibility in working mode: remote or hybrid
- Support from internal departments
- Direct reporting to CEO
- 3-5 years of experience in bidding for energy/fotovoltaic projects
- Experience in drafting bids for public tenders
- Techical analysis capacity and knowledge in configuring photovoltaic systems
- Higher education in the energy field or relevant experience
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Certifications in the energy field
- Experience in large-scale projects and financing
- Knowledge of public procurement legislation
