• Necessary Education: Higher education in IT specialty
• Necessary Practical Experience:
  • Prior experience in specific IT services and integrations within a unified work environment
  • Advanced knowledge of IT architecture (cloud, microservices, security, enterprise architecture frameworks – TOGAF, etc)
  • 7+ years in IT infrastructure and solutions (network, servers, cloud, security)
  • Solid experience in designing and integrating IT services
  • Experience in complex IT transformation projects and service integration
  • Experience in coordinating technical teams or architecture teams

• Coordinate the integration of IT services provided by internal teams and external providers
• Ensure interoperability and coherence of services within a complex ecosystem (on-prem, cloud, hybrid). Manage relationships with business and IT stakeholders to align requirements and services
• Collaborate with delivery, operations, and business teams to define and implement service delivery models (Service Design & Transition)
• Monitor and optimize the performance of integrated services, ensuring compliance with SLAs and quality standards
• Manage the interface for business in ensuring the delivery of all contracted IT services. Manage the integration and evidence of IT services used within the company
• Coordinate the integration, supervision, and administration of services provided by third-party providers
