Job description

CSF Centro Servizi e Formazione Srl, an accredited agency for the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, is seeking to expand its internal staff.

Expert in designing and managing funded training

Working closely with the entire training team, the resource will be responsible for designing and managing courses of training funded by regional, national or European funds, or funded by Paritarian Interprofessional Funds (FONARCOM FONDIRIGENTI, FORMAZIENDA, FONDARTIGIANATO, FONDIMPRESA, FONCOOP, FONDIRE e FONSERVIZI).

E required:

At least 2-year experience in managing public funds aimed at training
Knowledge and ability to use the main S.U.R.F., SILF and Si.Mon.A. platforms;
Monitoring of public tenders and analysis of training needs related to specific work activities;
Administrative management of the entire project cycle and relative monitoring, as well as management of any problems that may arise;
Document management, tools, and related communications.

Additional requirements: Flexibility in facing assigned tasks, excellent planning skills, excellent interpersonal skills with people, and predisposition to work in a team.
