Expert in capital market processes and settlement (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced expert to expand our Capital Markets Services team. The ideal candidate will shape the dynamically growing business in the Equity and Debt Capital Markets segment across Europe.

What you can expect:

• Accompanying application and approval procedures for primary market transactions - with a focus on the German market, as well as other countries such as Switzerland, Belgium, and the Netherlands
• Documented and technical implementation of capital market measures such as IPOs, capital increases, public takeovers, share buybacks, dividend payments, secondary placements, and bond issuances
• Support in clearing, settlement, and payment processing within transactions
• Active shaping and optimization of our processes and workflows
• Tight collaboration with colleagues from various departments, particularly investment banking, to ensure optimal results for our clients
• Contribution to the further development and strengthening of the team

What you should bring:

• Fundamental experience with capital market transactions in Germany and other continental European markets - particularly in the areas of approval, capital measures, global custody, payment processing, and settlement
• Very good German and English language skills; French language skills are a plus
• A high degree of ability to collaborate with internal and external partners (e.g. exchanges, central securities depositories, consortium banks)
• Solution-oriented thinking, high accuracy, and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured work style to ensure timely project implementation
