Do you want to take responsibility for managing critical service providers, actively shape regulatory requirements, and act as a central interface between business units, risk management, and external partners? Then we look forward to receiving your application.

Your tasks:

Operational Service Provider Management

• Management and further development of cooperation with external service providers and suppliers
• Coordination of technical alignments between internal stakeholders and service providers
• Evaluation of changes, releases, and further developments regarding their impact on existing services
• Support in validating technical requirements, service scopes, and acceptance criteria
• Participation in service reviews, roadmap alignments, and further development of essential services

Performance and Quality Management

• Monitoring and analysis of KPI, SLA, and service metrics
• Identification of performance deviations and initiation of appropriate countermeasures
• Alignment and follow-up of action plans with service providers
• Conducting regular performance reviews and promoting continuous service improvements
• Preparation of meaningful management and steering information

Risk, Control, and Compliance Management

• Support in risk analyses and assessments of service provider relationships
• Identification and documentation of supplier, concentration, and dependency risks
• Review and analysis of control, audit, and examination reports
• Follow-up of risk-mitigating measures until sustainable implementation
• Participation in compliance with regulatory requirements for outsourcing and third parties

Escalation and Governance Management

• Identification and processing of critical performance, risk, or compliance deviations
• Management of operational escalations and coordination of sustainable solutions
• Ensuring audit-proof and traceable documentation
• Support in internal and external audits and examinations
• Maintenance of relevant service provider, contract, and management information

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Alternatively, completed commercial or IT-related apprenticeship with relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience in vendor, supplier, provider, or outsourcing management
• Experience in a regulated environment, ideally in the banking or financial services sector
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to outsourcing and third-party risks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common reporting, governance, or documentation systems
• Experience in conducting service reviews and performance evaluations
• Knowledge in risk, control, or quality management
• Experience in dealing with audits, examinations, and regulatory requirements
• Further training or certifications in the areas of vendor management, risk management, or outsourcing management
• Basic knowledge of project or process management
• Strong analytical and structured way of working
• High awareness of quality and responsibility
• Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management
• Conflict and escalation competence
• Ability to present complex issues understandably and act in a solution-oriented manner
• Fluent German and good English skills
