Job description
Scope of responsibilities:
- Product consulting and preparation of price offers for clients interested in purchasing gastronomic equipment
- Negotiating financing methods, overseeing delivery and after-sales service
- Servicing customers interested in full restaurant equipment – cooperation with a partner company providing comprehensive services (project, installation, connection)
- Coordinating cooperation with the service company: listing articles, contracts, payments, realization terms
- Contacting MAKRO Halls and sales representatives – taking orders and leading the service process
- Training sales teams at MAKRO Halls on gastronomic equipment
- Creating and updating gastro services communication in halls and digital channels (mobile app, ordering system)
- Participation in trade fairs for gastronomic equipment
- Cooperation with the HoReCa department, purchases, and other supporting sales teams
