In 12 years, our Digital Factory team, composed of about forty employees, has demonstrated its expertise in the world of mobility for startups, SMEs, mid-cap companies, and large groups such as: SNCF Connect, La Poste, Yokis, L’Oréal,…

Through our strong mobility-oriented DNA, we support our clients across all phases of the digital project life cycle. Whether through expertise missions, PoCs, scoping, or development, we are convinced that the technology used is merely a means to meet a functional need. That's why we also address projects in native mobile, cross-platform, web front-end, Progressive Web Apps, or back-end.

We support our clients on projects from their premises, in a remote service center, or on a fixed-price basis in our agency.

To support this strong growth, and to structure the management of our fixed-price projects, our Digital Factory is looking for new talent.


Your responsibilities:

To strengthen our Digital Factory, we are looking for a Fullstack Java/JS Referent, to support our clients in the design, back-end development, deployment, and operation of the developed services.

To do this, you will be responsible for:

Design and develop:

  • Participate in the functional and technical scoping of the project

  • Liaise with technical and business teams

  • Define User Stories and technical tasks

  • Estimate development effort

  • Ensure the development of applications and functionalities, adhering to best security and performance practices

  • Design and develop Web Services

  • Write technical documentation

  • Conduct technological watch

Integrate and deploy:

  • Use quality measurement tools and practices such as: SonarQube, code review…

  • Implement and/or use a CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipeline

  • Deploy on an AWS, Azure, or GCP Cloud environment

  • Manage and monitor user support

Support:

  • Mentor and support developers in their technical achievements

  • Ensure adherence to good development practices and architecture standards

  • Lead technical rituals and participate in Agile ceremonies

  • Perform code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables

Technical contexts:

  • Languages: Java and Angular, React.js or Vue.js

  • Frameworks: J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot

  • Methodologies / concepts: Agile Scrum, Kanban

  • Web services: REST API

  • Cloud: AWS, Azure or GCP

  • Tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack

  • Architecture: Microservices

  • Continuous Integration: GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker


You are the candidate we are looking for, if:

  • You have a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science or are a graduate of an engineering school.

  • You have at least 6 years of post-graduate experience in a similar role (Java back-end development).

  • You have a consultant mindset, being a source of advice, with the ability to step back, and you are a driving force for advancing the project considering its challenges,

  • You have a good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architectures

  • Your English level is professional,

  • User eXperience, that speaks to you!

  • A driving license is recommended for travel to our clients,

Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent contract, Executive status

  • Salary: €42,000 to €55,000 per year, depending on profile (SYNTEC convention applicable).

  • Location: Nantes within our agency for internal projects or at the client's site depending on the mission offered.
