Expert Fullstack Django Developer @ KOIA

We are looking for a strong Backend Developer who is an expert in Django. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver, independent thinker, and efficient coder who can handle complex software challenges. Experience with Angular is considered a strong plus, as the project includes an Angular-based frontend. You will join KOIA a digital-first software house and our Norwegian fintech client. Project You will work on an Accounting Practice Management System, co-owned by three major accounting firms. The system should be scalable, secure, and easy to use. Key responsibilities: * Design, develop, test, and maintain the backend of the Accounting Practice Management System using Django. * Collaborate with the frontend team to ensure seamless integration between the backend and frontend. * Work closely with the client to understand their requirements and deliver a high-quality solution that meets their needs. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality. * Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Django, Python, and relevant technologies. Requirements: * 3+ years of experience as a Backend Developer using Django. * Strong understanding of Django's ORM, templates, and caching mechanisms. * Experience with Angular is considered a strong plus. * Proficiency in Python programming language. * Knowledge of SQL and database design principles. * Familiarity with Linux-based operating systems. * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. * Strong communication and collaboration skills.
