Job description
- As an Expert in Composite, you are the expert and support and qualify sales partners on site in advising and selling R+V/KRAVAG composite insurance policies in the corporate customer segment.
- With professional and sales expertise, you accurately assess the situation and risk profile of customers and advise together with sales partners in personal and digital form as needed.
- You share your knowledge through consultations and coaching of sales partners and employees at agencies and find joint solutions for complex consulting issues.
- In coordination with the sales partner center, qualifications and cooperation with sales partners are implemented personally on site and also digitally.
- You also participate in events and lead them as needed to qualify personally.
